Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Hot Weather & Product Stability Disclaimer

Due to the nature of skincare formulations, certain products may be sensitive to heat exposure during transit or upon delivery.

We are not responsible for product changes caused by prolonged exposure to high temperatures, including but not limited to:

  • Softening or melting of creams or balms
  • Changes in texture, consistency, or appearance

We recommend:

  • Monitoring your tracking information closely
  • Retrieving packages promptly upon delivery
  • Avoiding leaving packages outdoors or in hot environments

Product efficacy is generally not affected by minor texture changes; however, if you have concerns, please contact us.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. However, we are happy to assist with tracking and support.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Delivery issues due to incorrect address information

Retailer & Distributor Orders

Orders placed by retailers, wholesalers, or distributors are subject to separate terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale without prior authorization
  • Require verification or approved wholesale status prior to fulfillment

Authorized partners should place orders through designated wholesale channels or contact us directly for account setup and shipping arrangements.
